With halloween right around the corner, we thought we would get spooky with ingredients for this one... 🎃🌶

With fresh beetroot juice, shaken well alongside Bourbon, Ammaro Montenegro and Cherry Heering with a dash of lemon, sugar and fresh chilli.

The result? A scary twist on the sour, with subtle earthy notes coming from the beetroot pairing beautifully with the spirits and liquers.

It was a regular barn from the outside but once the shutter doors opened, it felt like you were stepping into the 1920s.

Midnight Express

Wake up to our take on Dick Bradsell's classic Espresso martini. Featuring Vanilla vodka, kahlua coffee liquer and a dash of caramel syrup paired with fresh espresso before being shaken like it owes you money. Served in our Co2 frosted glassware with caramelized chocolate and star anise!

What came first, the bar or the building?

Featuring our 5ft premium oak and black walnut bar, 'Jerry Thomas'.

Jerry Thomas was considered to some as the grandfather of American mixology. He started his career the early 1850s, opening up a saloon bar in New York City. Quickly becoming one of the pioneers of the industry.

Fun fact - He was earning more then $100 a week at this time, it doesn't seem like much but this was more than the vice president of America was earning.
