A member of the highly exclusive Club Trésors de Champagne, this independent family estate elevates the Chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs through single-vineyard cuvées acclaimed by connoisseurs and sommeliers alike.

A story of family and terroir:
Born from the union of two winemaking families, Maison Pertois-Moriset is today brilliantly led by Cécile and her husband Vincent Bauchet. Together, they have infused the estate with a spirit of modernity while upholding a tradition of excellence. The vineyard spans nearly 19 hectares, distributed in a unique way: approximately 12 hectares of Chardonnay in the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly) and 7 hectares of Pinot Noir in the southern slopes of Épernay.

2022 Clos Mogador Com Tu Garnacha Montsant, Priorat (94 RP)

"Biodynamic - 100% Grenache; aromatic herbs, decayed flowers & earthy, distinct citrus/orange peel hints; pure
expression of red fruit backed by the unique white & red clay soils of La Figuera. The palate is medium-bodied, with a textured mouthfeel and slightly dusty tannins."

"The wine has a Mediterranean profile with plenty of aromatic herbs, decayed flowers and an earthy but subtle touch. The palate is medium-bodied, with a textured mouthfeel and slightly dusty tannins.

The 2022 Com Tu is a village red from La Figuera in Montsant, from a higher-altitude place with different soils, limestone and clay, produced with Garnacha from three plots. 40% of the wine fermented with semi-carbonic maceration and 60% with a long destemmed maceration. It's matured in old foudres and concrete for 18 months. This is the wine started by the youngest son, Anderson, now continued by his brothers, as he's moved to gastronomy, and now looking into starting a wine project in Terra Alta. This has a very classical nose, with notes of smoked bacon that transported me to the Rhône. It comes from a vineyard that's similar to the ones used by Christian Barbier to make his Deunido, but this is extremely different, and he started working with cover crops. They used a new label this year. Christian told me it was inspired by the wines from Viña Tondonia (it also made me think of the old Masia Barril labels), showing the village (it's a village wine) and with a traditional feeling to it."

2023 Marcel Lapierre Morgon AOC, Beaujolais, France (93 V)

"The Marcel Lapierre estate, based in Villié-Morgon in Beaujolais, is a global benchmark thanks to Marcel Lapierre, a natural wine pioneer, succeeded since 2010 by his children Mathieu and Camille. Across 18 certified organic hectares, this domain excels in the Morgon appellation, particularly with old vines on decomposed granite soils. The Morgon Vieilles Vignes 2023 cuvée, a still red wine, is crafted entirely from Gamay, vinified via semi-carbonic maceration without added sulphur, then aged for 9 months in 216-litre barrels.

On tasting, this wine presents a radiant ruby hue and a vibrant nose of black cherry, violet, and liquorice, with a hint of minerals. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, round tannins, and a juicy finish, marked by red fruit notes and granitic freshness. Perfect with roast poultry or a charcuterie board, the Marcel Lapierre Morgon Vieilles Vignes 2023 embodies the authenticity and finesse of natural Beaujolais."
