Favorite Drink to Drink: Campari and soda (I'm a simple, simple boy...)
Fun Fact: Might be three raccoons in a trench-coat, pretending to be a bar owner.

"A Confederacy of Dunces"

- Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon
- Orgeat
- Lemon
- Sugar
- Salt
- A mist of Orange Blossom Water

Ever wonder what's being sprayed over the top of that drink you love? Well...it could be many things, but this time it's orange blossom water! Bright, sweet, and floral, this drink will knock you out, but in a good way!

"I.C.D.M. (Ice Cold Dirty Martini)"

- Gin OR Vodka
- Dry Vermouth
- Oliver Brine
- Kept at -8° F

Cold. Like, really cold. Cold as HELL, if we're being honest. We build them to exact specifications ahead of time, then chill them down in the freezer to exactly the right temperature. Nobody wants a warm Martini, especially this time of year, so come cool down with us!

"A Drink for Pepita"

- Strawberry + Rhubarb-infused Gin
- Honey
- Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro
- Angelica + Goldenrod Bitters
- Edible Garnish

A Drink for Pepita, named for Alley and Cale's (formerly) feral menace, a mighty hairball raised in these streets, but now living a cushy and pampered life of luxery. We feel like she would approve of the luxuriousness of this drink, which is sweet, tart, and a little bracing!

"Goat Punch"

- Lemon-infused Dripping Springs Vodka
- Poppy Seed Syrup
- Lemon Curd
- Blueberry Gel
- Salt
- Salerno Butter Cookie
- Clarified with Goat Milk

Based on a lemon, blueberry, and poppyseed dessert bar that one of our regulars brought us, the Goat Punch gets creaminess and body from the clarification process, which uses goat's milk to remove any particulate getting in the way of a clear, amazing drink! Also, comes with a shortbread cookie, because we love you and want you to be happy!
