We’ve got a special Helberg BBQ x Sloane’s menu available that will be popping up periodically throughout the rest of the summer season! Helberg BBQ, a locally-owned two-time Texas Monthly top 50 BBQ joint here in Waco, has a wonderful fruit salad available on their summer menu. They soak fresh blueberries, watermelon, and mint in lime simple syrup before dishing it up as a refreshing treat to pair with their award-winning BBQ. But what to do with the leftover fruit salad syrupy goodness? Rather than throw the syrup out, they reached out to us at Sloane’s to see if we could have some fun with it, and fruit salad summer was born! Join us in the spirit of collaboration, waste reduction, and summer fun as we turn one small buisness’ “trash” (its truly liquid gold) into treasure 💋

we have classic hot dogs and pimento cheese hot dogs every Wednesday, plus a specialty hot dog that changes every 2 weeks.

the DRAG RACER is just what you need from our Summer menu.. this funky little drink features the unapologetically-Texan combination of Big Reg soda and Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce. It smells of burnt rubber and tastes like fruit punch all grown up 🏁
Drag Racer was inspired by Floyd’s dad who used to professionally drag race cars in our very own Waco, TX, one of which was sponsored by Big Red. We keep this photo of his car above the bar among our collection of vintage nostalgia— see if you can spot it on your next visit!

P.S. the delicious poppy amaro that makes this drink so wonderful has sadly been unavailable for some time, so once we’re out, this drink (plus Persephone’s Garden) will be gone for good. if you’re a fan of either one, pay us a visit soon before we have to retire All Buttered Up and Persephone’s Garden for good

Our next craft night is coming up! ✂️✏️🧶
Gather your pals, your significant other, or treat yourself to a solo date and join us to snack, craft, and be merry. All tickets include all materials needed to make and take home your very own recycled glass wind chime as well as a complementary glass of bubbly and charcuterie. Get crafty, reuse, and recycle with us!
Sloane’s will provide all supplies and instructions needed to create works of art in wind chime form. This event will take place May 24th, 2026, from 6pm to 8(ish)pm and is strictly 21+

in the months where we don’t have the bar decorated floor-to-ceiling with a fun seasonal/holiday menu, the staff has free rein to play with drink creations on our Limited Edition Board. This board is where so many of your favorite menu drinks got their start, so it’s always a great place to look for something fresh if you’re feeling adventurous 💋 LE drinks typically run for 1-3 weeks depending on popularity and ingredient availability, so if you see something up there that sounds interesting, don’t wait— it may not be around on your next visit!

Our latest addition is Hannah’s Hare Moon 🌙
As a lover of rabbits (she has 4 tattooed!), Hannah wanted to make a drink to reflect the tale of the moon-gazing hare and the season of spring. Give it a try for a rejuvenating, magical experience! It’s bright, sweet, and herbal with a hint of salinity 🐇
