Happy New Year from all of us here at Ember!
We are currently offering a 3 course menu for $75.00/person with options from each course. Menu is at www.emberbreck.com A la carte dining is available in the bar. Outdoor heated snow globes seat six and require a $400.00 food and beverage minimum. Reservations for snow globes are by phone only. We hope to see you soon!

Ember, fine dining restaurant in Breckenridge CO, offers a full menu, gluten free menu, wine bar and happy hour for all your fine dining or apres ski needs.

Ember will be opening tomorrow at 4PM for indoor dining. Call us today to make a reservation, or book online with OpenTable. We will be opening with 25% capacity, so make your reservations as soon as you can. We can't wait to see you.

Ever-changing. We are excited to announce that in these uncertain times, we have a small piece of exciting news. Starting in January, Ember will be offering an outdoor dining experience like no other. Two of these heated globes will be installed on our patio, to give you a truly unique snow globe experience. Available for parties of up to 6 people. $50/person to book this amazing dining adventure.

Additionally, we are adjusting the way we continue to create for you. Ember is excited to announce that we are switching to a prix fixe menu. The cover for dining with us will be $70/ person, and will include 3 courses of perhaps our most interesting food yet. This is a big step for our chefs, and they are eager to have you all experience it.

Stay tuned for updates regarding our opening day. Ember will be opening as soon as we can. Thank you for supporting local restaurants in these difficult times. We look forward to seeing you soon. Stay safe, stay true.
