Update for all you Bang Bang fans… While we've been considering possible venue options, we just haven't found the right fit yet. We'd hate to move somewhere just for the sake of doing something so it looks like we'll take the summer off, let some of this construction wrap up and focus on our other gigs for now. In the meantime, you can catch DJs Matt McCoy and Dewtron every Monday at the Surly W***h Pub, McCoy also DJs at Playground Bar & Lounge every 1st and 3rd Friday with Hart & Eric Meyer. Plus we highly recommend supporting DJ Herm at his weekly Saturday Nights at La Cocina Restaurant, E_Rupt at his NuNu monthly party, as well as Playground's many DJ nights. Thanks again for all your support over the years, we look forward to hanging with all of you soon!

Incase you missed the memo yesterday, Bang Bang is no longer happening at Club Congress. We strongly urge you to support Playground and La Cocina tonight and catch DJs Matt McCoy, Dewtron & Eric Meyer at the Surly W***h on Monday for the Black Mondays 7 year anniversary party!

It's heartbreaking to write this, but effective immediately BANG BANG is no longer happening at Club Congress. The Club has decided to pull the plug with no notice and we are NOT DJing tomorrow night. I'm not calling for a BOYCOTT, but you guys have plenty of choices for going out & dancing. I for one will be hanging with friends at La Cocina for Herm's weekly party and I'm sure Playground has something cool happening too. PLEASE get the word out and we'll keep you posted if/when we pick up a new venue. Much love and respect to everyone who's supported us the last 5 and a half years. -Matt McCoy
