Hi friends, Allison here.
Today I got the news that The Craftsman Cocktails & Kitchen will be closing. Our final night will be this Saturday, March 7.
This place has meant a lot to me. Over the past year I poured an enormous amount of time, care, and energy into rebuilding and improving it piece by piece, refining the food and cocktail program, working through equipment issues, rebuilding the kitchen and bar teams, and focusing on the thousands of small details that go into making a restaurant feel right.
Hospitality is a craft, and this place gave me the opportunity to practice that craft every single day. I’m incredibly proud of what it became and of the people who showed up to make it special.
What I’ll remember most are the regulars, the conversations at the bar, the celebrations, the quiet nights, and the people who trusted me with their evenings.
There are three nights left: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
If The Craftsman has been part of your life in any way, I’d truly love to see you one more time. Come have a drink, say hello, and experience it the way it was always meant to be.
