We want to offer a place to hang out, watch live music on the weekends, get involved with activities, and much more! We are excited to hold the following reoccurring events:

This is NOT a place for racism, fascism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, or xenophobia. This IS a place for equality and social growth. Let's keep this alive. Looking for a place to throw your next show? We do both weekend and weekday events. Our weekends fill up very quickly. If you are looking to get a weekend show booked, please contact us a month to two months in advance. Every once in a while we can squeeze you in earlier, but for the most part we are swamped. Rent Inflation purpose:
When Transient Lounge opened, our land lord helped us with the first 2 months by lowering our rent $1000 for 2 months (so we paid only $1500 september and october instead of $2500) and now we are about to pay it back in $500 incraments so for March, April, May and June our rent is increased to $3000)

I showed up at the warehouse yesturday to find out that the "staff members" DESTROYED IT.
Even with wanting to fight for keeping this facilitie alive, I won't be taken advantage or used any longer with this project.
Anyway, I spent 12 hours yesturday cleaning and painting and
IF ANYONE HAS SOME FREE TIME TODAY TO COME HELP OUT WITH CLEANING should come
And you could possibly come up on some cool s**t to take home

To all Transient Loungers
I came to Santa Rosa as a transient and met a large community of people who were all interested in what i thought was the same goal as mine, and without knowing how to run a communal business, i devoted a lot of time, energy, money, and effort into starting the business, all to find out that everyone in the groups goals were not nessesaraly the same as one other.
My goal still lives on, having a place for this alternative community of people is 100% nesseasary and needed by sonoma county locals, and that is what i want to provide!
Unfortuently, the Transient Lounge will no longer be operating- to put it the most simply, the county does not want this kind of thing in their terf, however I AM AM WILLING TO FIGHT IT in a more appropriate location.
I am willing to take whatever means nessesary to do what i feel will provide the most possible, but NOT to those who are ungrateful and not to those who will take advantage of the oppertunity, which is why the TL can no longer continue.

With the TL gone, i will work towards somthing better, more organized, stable, and with that, could provide much more for everyone.

Im interested in finding people with the same goals as mine, and not ONLY personally benefitting from it all.

Transient lounge needed to be activly maintained by a large group of devoted locals, and progressing of which it was not, and at this point i feel like i have learned enough from this entire expirience to be even more succesful in the next project.

to conclude all of this, i want everyone to know that i am NOT giving up, and everyones support, excitment, and drive for it is EXTREMELY helpful and encouraging, and together as a community we can make anything happen!

i will be petitioning soon at a new location, so everyone who has been apart of supporting TL, with presence or smiles is helpful for the future of an awesome place.
