Our Success can be seen through our past and current events one in particular, Tea Party Thursdays. Our brand awareness resonates throughout the county of San Diego. It beats out any events downtown and most impressively any event in Pacific Beach. Johnny V’s in Pacific Beach is where Tea Party Thursday originated. We began their transformation every Thursday from November 2013 to May 2015. Our bi
ggest competitor was none other than its neighbor venue PB Bar and Grill. In a span of 4 months, we were able to dominate the Pacific Beach night life market share and we have been dominant till the day we left.
“BEACH to the CITY” Is the movement we created. Our goal was to bring the college crowd that is used to the “Beach” (PB) night life scene on Thursday nights and introduce them to the next level college night, the “City” (DTSD). We sought out partnerships with AD Nightclub, Analog, Atomic, and Onyx Room. Tea Party Thursdays now hosts their event every Thursday night at Onyx Room where they effectively fill up 2 floors every Thursday Night.
