We love bringing in w**es that make us remember why we fell in love with w**e in the first place! Here’s our new bottles for this week!

Elena Watch, an architect turned w**emaker brought a quality and precision to Alto-Adige in Italy as a w**emaker in the 1980’s, continuing now in the family estate with her two daughters. Her Lagrein is deeply colored and brooding, mineral driven and lush, you must try this alpine red as we get ready for a winter in the mountains! 

Processus, a new cooperative in South Africa between art curator Beata America and viticulturist Megan Van De Merwe treats each vintage like an individual art exhibition. They encompass sustainability & challenge w**e-making norms in both technique and finished w**e- like this one-of-a-kind Maria Gomes. 

Istine, fronted by w**emaker Angela Fronti, she turned this ridge line estate in Radda, Chianti into an estate that focused on single vineyards and terroir-forward w**emaking. Her craft has made her one of Chianti’s most compelling and up-and-coming voices in this historic region. Her Chianti Classico is surprising and fresh; an immediate new favorite. 

Remember, we’re the w**e bar where you can always try something new thanks to our sommelier owner. Weekdays are for w**e-lovers, so stop by for a glass🍷✨
