Swing Dance Wednesday Night Twin Cities The Twin Cities longest running weekly Swing dance featuring great live music. Founded & hosted by Shannon & Bill Butler.

We start with our 7:00 pm dance lesson, followed by live music from some of the best dance bands in the land. The Twin Cities longest running weekly swing dance night featuring live swing music. Founded with us, Shannon and Bill Butler, in 2005 at the iconic Lee's Liquor Lounge. We've moved the night to the Eagles #34 and love their big, beautiful dance floor! Hosts, Shannon and Bill start the nig

ht off with a swing and stroll dance lesson at 7pm, followed by live music provided by a rotating cast of some of the best bands in the region. We DJ the band breaks to keep you dancing all night long. The Eagles has lots of seating, free parking, full bar, dining available until 9pm and some of the friendliest dancers around. Thank you to all who attended Swing Dance Wednesday Night Twin Cities this week 4/8 with The Bad Companions, and thank you for being flexible as a large banquet was in our usual room. ii'm grateful Shadewald ballroom was available and able to accommodate us. thank you to Sound Engineer Sara Liebl for always making everything sound so good.
What a fun group so many old friends and new dancers!
