Today's Sunday Sipper is the Sorrentino Cocktail.

By request, this is apparently a very popular cocktail in Southern Italy, the home of Lemoncello. It's basically a Lemoncello Negroni and very delicious.

1oz Lemoncello
1oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4oz Red Bitter Liquor

Place everything in a rocks glass wil ice and give a quick stir. Garnish with orange peel.

Today's Sunday Sipper is a Cooper's.

Delicately floral rye whiskey with fernet adding layers of bitter herbal complexity. Yes I clopied that, but seriously, very nice Sipper.

2oz Rye Whiskey
3/4oz Elderflower liqueur
1/4oz Fernet-Branca

Place all in a mixing glass full of ice and stir untill chilled. Strain into a Coup glass and express an orange peel iver the drink and use as garnish.

Today's Sunday Sipper is a Pre Siesta.

This is a delightfully orange forward cocktail with a touch of bitterness and the unmistakable taste of Reposado Tequila. A few of these and you will definitely be ready for a Siesta.

1.5oz Reposado Tequila
1/2oz Aperol
2/3oz Cointreau
2 Dash Orange Bitters

Put everything in a mixing glass full of ice. Stir to combine and strain into a pre chilled coup glass.

Today's Sunday Sipper is a Watermelon Vodkarita.

Not ready for summer to end? Give thos a try, would be much better with real juice I'm sure but thevSimply Juices are usually pretty good. Just a little too diluted in this cocktail. Still, pretty good.

1.5oz Vodka
1/2oz Cointreau
1/2oz Lime Juice
1.5oz Watermelon Juice
1 Dash Orange Bitters

Put everything in a shaker full of ice and shake till well chilled. Strain into a Coup or Martini glass and garnish with a Watermelon wedge if you have it.

Wrong glass but you get the idea.

2oz Whiskey
3/4oz lemon juice
1/2oz rich Syrup (2:1)
1 1/3oz club soda
2 Dash Angostura bitters

Today's Sunday Sipper is an Elder Peartini.

One of the biggest issues I heave with pear cocktails is that usually the other ingredients overpower the pear flavor. I think the Elderflower compliments it very nicely in this.

2oz Pear Nectar
1oz Vodka
1/2oz Elderflower liqueur

Pre-chill a Martini or Coup glass. Add everything in a shaker full of ice. Shake till chilled then strain into glass. Garnish with lear slices if you have them.

I'm never disappointed here. Beer is always good and the food is on point. This might have been the best burger I have ever had. Steak burger topped with pulled pork, lowcountry pimento cheese, cobb smoked bacon, honey bbq sauce, crispy onions. Lettuce, (no tomatoes for me), and pickles, garlic mayo.

No flights here but they do offer half pours. Alway enjoy the names here. Taco Dealer, a Baja Mexican Lager, on the left. FluffNut, a Marshmallow Peanutbutter Stout aged in Bourbon barrels, on the right.

Cool little place I've been meaning to check out for awhile now. Small inside but ample seating outside right on the rail trail down here. Love the viking ship flight trays. I opted for 2 beer 2 mead.
