On behalf of the entire Reload team, we’d like to address and sincerely apologize for this past weekend’s unfortunate situation.
Upon arriving at the venue to prepare for Reload, we discovered that a major pipe had burst, affecting nearly half of the street block where our venue is located. Unfortunately, this issue extended beyond our venue and created unexpected challenges that were completely outside of our control.
To everyone who waited in line for nearly two hours while we worked to secure portable restrooms at 3:00 AM on a Sunday morning so we could legally open our doors, THANK YOU for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We know this was far from the experience you expected, and we truly appreciate everyone who stuck with us.
For those who purchased tickets but ultimately left the line and were unable to attend, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to use the value of your unused ticket toward one of our upcoming events, RELOAD Jungle 2 or RELOAD Halloween, at a significantly reduced ticket price.
Despite the unexpected circumstances, our team did everything possible to resolve the situation and open the doors, delivering the five hours of dancing we promised, until 10:00 AM. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this situation may have caused.
