Now Hiring: Guest Experience Manager
The Candy Bar is looking for the right person to help lead our guest experience and support our team.
We’re searching for someone with a warm personality, a calm presence, and a passion for hospitality. This person will be a leader on the floor, helping create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting our staff wherever needed.
Bartending experience is strongly preferred, as this role will also serve as a key support position capable of stepping behind the bar, covering shifts, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Bartending experience preferred
• Ability to supervise and support service during operating hours
• A true team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• Reliable, organized, and positive under pressure
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people, and understands that every guest interaction matters.
