Mountain air. Friends. Girls weekend celebration. Swanky Straw was there to help them celebrate. Another great mixology class with a fun group of ladies. The setting was a great mountain retreat that was just perfect. The menu they selected was a Red Pepper Jelly margarita named “YOLO”. Next up was a poolside favorite Malibu Barbie they name “The Jetsetter”. Last up was a hibiscus sour with a candied hibiscus flower we made that they named “The Hustler”. Second event this week and what a great girls night in it was. Fresh off the lake and mixing drinks. A yummy rosemary margarita and tiramisu espresso martini with house made mascarpone cream.
