We’re proud to partner with such an awesome association like CHOW - Culinary Hospitality Outreach and Wellness here at Cinder for our next dinner, “Light In The Attic”. We’ll be making some awesome dishes, telling someone credible stories of perseverance, and raising money to help support mental health and treatment in the service industry.

Our first chef is, Willam Underwood.

William Underwood was born and raised on a small farm in the mountains of eastern Kentucky. At the age of 16, he decided to pursue a career as a ballet dancer. After an injury, William decided to switch to the culinary arts. He has worked in a variety of restaurants in the southeast, most recently leaving his position as executive chef of Bardo Restaurant Group. William is currently doing a limited number of private events, and taking a break from restaurant work to re-focus on mental health, plan his own restaurant concept, and spend time with his wife and new daughter.
