Stay tuned to our events on this page for future nights Atlanta Country Nights was created to follow in the footsteps of past Atlanta Country Bars such as Miss Kittys, Two Steps West, Cowboys, Wild Bills and Electric Cowboy. Where a person or a couple can come dance the traditional country dances such as the two step, east & west coast swing, cha cha, waltz, night club and line dance. Also, patter
n partner dances such as the Cotton Eye Joe, Cowboy Cha Cha and many other style dances. The music is MOSTLY country, with pop hits thrown in for some line dances,, the occasional rock or even disco hit. Country would be from the 90s to today's hit with a few "classic country" hits now and then. Atlanta Country Nights is now held at Boxwood Social Club, just off the square in Marietta. The venue has a beer/wine bar and menu such as sandwiches, pizza, snacks like popcorn and chips. Thus now, it's NOT BYOB or food. No outside beverages or food. Also, we no longer will reserved tables, unless a large party of 20+,, then that party will be in the party section of the venue. This is a non smoking venue,, smoking area outside. We DO allow under 21 year olds in, but they must be accompanied by a 21 year old at least. If we catch anyone under 21 drinking at the dance, they will be asked to leave and will be subjected to never being allowed back. The 21+ with them is responsible for them. Families, you can bring your kids. If your teen wants to dance, they will be charged as well. Any child under 13 is allowed but we ask that they are seated most of the night (restroom breaks of course), but no running around. If any child is disturbing the dance, they could be asked to leave. We want "families" to come have a great time, thus a great way of encouraging future dancers. MOST of the dances will have a dance lesson at 7pm before the dance. The lesson will last aprox 30 min and will be either a couples dance lesson or a line dance. There is no additional cost for the lessons. Advance tickets are $10 by purchasing online at https://www.georgia-country.com/atlantacountrynights.php before NOON the day of the dance. After noon online or at the door is $12. No refunded or transferring tickets to another date is allowed. The only exception is if the dance is cancelled because of weather or any other circumstance that doesn't allow the dance to be held. You can still purchase admission online after noon or at the door online, but you must be able to show your receipt of purchase from your phone.
