Hi guys.
Louis, Founder of Manifest4U had prostatectomy surgery a couple of weeks ago. That is to remove his cancerous prostate. He had a Gleason score of 9 (out of 10). The surgery went well and he is healing. Today he told me the cancer had metastasized (spread to other sites in the body). He is exploiting treatments. Send him some positive energy, please!.

'tis the night before X-mas
at The S*x Club

Twas the nite before x-mas an all thru the club
Horndawgs were crusing while sportin’a chub.
Some hung their dicks out without a care
In hopes that two lips soon would be there.

Men were groping while walking down halls
While visions of p**n played on the walls.
Some had shown up as if fresh from a nap
While others stopped by after a nite cap.

A drunk staggered in and raised quite a clatter
So I pulled him aside to see what was the matter.
weaving and wobbling but his head did not bash
So I left him alone glad he paid us in cash.

The dark room was full of dicks he could blow
So I turned and left him and away he did go.
I told the front desk in case he should care
But he shrugged his shoulders and gave me a glare.

The jail cell was packed with guys sucking dicks
The computers were busy with guys chasing tricks
Men having smokes after they came
And asking their partners what was their name.

Wifi was buzzing with dudes chasing tail
Trying to hook-up but to no avail.
So back to the hallway to grop between calls
Or chatting up local guys on the walls.

Some of them were gay some claim to be bi
By the way they got fu**ed it was all a lie.
gay straight or bi they came and they went
Their time and their loads both now were spent.

The music was thumping and shaking the roof
But no one was listening and this the proof.
The same tracks repeated 3 times around
But not one complaint no not one sound.

Dressed in my santa hat with dust pan and broom
I made my rounds cleaning each room.
Restocking condoms, towels, mints and such
I never realized we could use so much.

My eyes how they twinkled when I saw dimples bare
Some were very furry while others had not a hair.
Some guys were pleasant and chatted me up
While others acted like they had a stick up their butt.

Thru clenched teeth I smiled and went on my way
And reminded myself it was their time to play.
Some smiled back with cm on their chin
While others game me a s**t eatinin’ grin.

Some were chubby and plump or wrinkled and old
Others were quiet and still others quite bold.
Some were naked or buff from toes to head
And some skinny or sketchy or filled me with dread.

But I spoke hardly a word and went straight to my work
Though some believed this meant I was a jerk.
So I gave them the finger when they turned up their nose
And lied about throwing away their lost clothes.

At the end of the night when the mopping was done
It was now my turn to go home and have fun.
And I yelled to my co-workers as I drove out of sight
Thank god its all over, it was one hell of a night!

To move forward, we need $500,000 to $1,000,00 in downpayment for the real estate. Because commercial mortgages require about 25% down payment.

The properties we have identified as potential clubhouse locations look to be in the range of $3,000,000 to $5,000,000. That means we need 5 to 10 investors with $100,000 each. The investment would be secured by the real-estate.

If you are in a position to help make this happen, please contact Paul Swicord.

If you have insurance, is FREE; It's the law.

The Affordable Care Act stipulates that insurance companies must cover all out-of-pocket costs for PrEP-related services, but many continue to bill people, with few regulators holding them accountable

Reopening Update

Just a quick update. Yes, Manifest is still planning to reopen. We will do so when it is safe and financially viable.

Safely:
Many of the club activities that we enjoy are more difficult to do with a mask on in this time of COVID-19. And nearly impossible to do socially distanced. We are looking forward to a vaccine becoming available and the infection rates dropping. Our members need to feel comfortable and confident with their health and safety.

Financial Viable:
Our members must have disposable income available to be able to afford paying dues to fund club operations. Without that revenue stream, we cannot maintain the club. Unemployment, while improving in some sectors, remains high. Our members must be able to afford rent/utilities/groceries before they can afford extracurricular things like our club membership fees.

We appreciate everyone who has reached out for information and offering words of support. But please understand because of all these variables that we cannot control or predict, we simply cannot give you a date at this time as to when we will reopen. Like everyone, we are optismistaly watching the current news about the vaccine and related economic issues.

Meanwhile, please feel free to enjoy the clubs that are open; they are struggling and need your support. We are looking to the time when Manifest can add to your pleasurable options. We look forward to a time when Atlanta will again have a growing number of opportunities (including Manifest) for gay men to enjoy.

Relocation Update

Hey guys! We would like to take a moment to recognize your frustrations with the length of time that it has taken to get the new clubhouse up and running. We know you are anxious to get into the new facility and start enjoying yourselves! Unfortunately, this is taking longer than anticipated. There are so many tasks that go into getting a space prepared for our members.

We thought we had a location nailed down, but after several months of tedious negotiations we were unsuccessful.

Now, we are amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. So, in the interest of safety for our members and staff, until there is a vaccine or a successful treatment, we feel it is best to place the reopening on hold. We must also recognize that this pandemic affects our members’ physical, as well as, economic health. Thus, attempting to re-open during this unprecedented time, would not be fiscally responsible to our members, or our staff. We know this news is not what you were wanting to hear and we recognize that you are disappointed. Given different circumstances, we would continue to move forward with our re-opening.

We realize that this has not been easy for our members, to be left in the dark and not receiving any information about the new space. However, the management and staff of Club Manifest feel this is the best action to take at this time. But, let us be clear: YES, we still believe this project is viable. But we also believe that it is best to hunker down until COVID-19 is under control and the economy is more stable. We will continue looking for a location that will meet our needs and hope this additional time will result in even better opportunities / locations than we have considered in the past.

This week, marks 11 years since Manifest opened its doors and created a unique experience for our membership. We will continue doing so, once this global crisis is resolved. It is our goal, and our plan to re-open the clubhouse for YOU! We simply must do this in a safe and responsible manner, so that we can give you many more years of enjoyment!

Once we have completed this current maze of chaos and uncertainties, we hope to see all of our members back in the clubhouse. In the meanwhile, Be safe, be kind, and be well!
