August 7: Girl Develop It - This is a wonderful program that aims to mix up the homogeneous community of the tech industry. GDI works to empower and assist women interested in getting into or advancing in the tech industry by hosting events that teach modern development skills and increase confidence. With the help of both men and women in the industry, they are opening minds in the future of tech. July 10: Girls Gone Vinyl - A group that aims to pick up the slack when it comes to representing, promoting, and supporting great DJs and Producers that just so happen to have two X chromosomes.
