About the role

Cobbs Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Pool Attendant — Server & Bartender to join our team at The Old Wheel. This dual role is the heart of our poolside experience — you'll be the face our members see on a sunny afternoon, delivering exceptional hospitality with a smile in a beautiful club setting.
Key responsibilities

◆
Provide attentive, friendly table service to club members and their guests in the pool area
◆
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages from The Old Wheel bar
◆
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar in a timely manner
◆
Monitor the pool deck, keeping seating areas clean, organized, and stocked
◆
Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and club standards at all times
◆
Assist with opening and closing side work, restocking, and end-of-day reconciliation
◆
Foster a welcoming atmosphere consistent with the Cobbs Country Club experience
Qualifications

◆
Previous experience in food and beverage service or bartending preferred
◆
Must be of legal serving age (21+) and able to obtain or hold TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol certification
◆
Polished, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
◆
Ability to work comfortably outdoors in warm weather conditions
◆
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
◆
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during pool season
