As a staycation business, we take pride in providing our guests with a unique and memorable experience. We allocate our resources and effort to ensure that we can deliver the best service possible, especially during peak seasons when we receive many booking requests.

When you book a reservation with us, we block or secure your preferred dates from other potential guests who may also want to book the same dates. By canceling your reservation, we may not be able to fill the vacancy you have left, resulting in a loss of business for us, and disappointment for other guests who could have had the opportunity to stay with us.
