The woman who joked that she found herself to be a "member" of Parliament, and one of the driving forces behind New Zealand's world leading reforms of s*x work, Georgina Beyer has died age 65. This weekend's venue - Scotty and mal's Cocktail & Lounge bar - was frequented by Georgina in healthier times, often to see her friends Scotty and Mal, and so it feels extra special for us to party there and to contemplate the impact she has had ❤️🏳️‍⚧️❤️🏳️‍⚧️
