We choose to do everything else but REPENT!

There are many solutions to tough times. Each principle : Be it prayer, giving, confession etc, all has it's own time of application.

The prodigal son knew and accepted that going back home was the only solution to ending his scarcity. He understood that his condition of life was a product of his rebellion. Reconciling with his father was the needed thing to do.

Sadly, unlike him, we deflect from the truth of repentance. We want to pray harder, sow seeds, serve more or be patient with the season. None of the aforementioned would have saved the prodigal son at that point.

Just return back to God; back to what he has told you or called you to do. It's only that reconciliation that will reverse that situation. You can 'bind and cast', prophecy, hope and more, yet nothing will change.

JUST REPENT!

I don't really have a concern with the style by which ministry and ministers operate. Play music or don't play instrument. Wear a tye or have your drip. Use disco lights or only the illumination of the glory.

But what should remain fundamental is that when there is scrutiny of the word, which is supposed to be the bedrock of your assignment, would the result be left to 'freestyle' or would it be white and black.

At the end of the day, our satisfaction from love would be one that is from a sincere place and one that's a sacrifice.

It'll not be enough that they call, but that they want to hear your voice.

It'll not be enough that they give you things but that your welfare matters to them.

It'll not be because they are perfect but that they are open about their imperfections and responsible for their wrong.

It's beyond the duty but the intentionality.

We are the ones that can segregate against the old testament. Yet, we are void of the characteristics of what the new is supposed to possess. The 'shadows' is supposed to be the worst state. Why operate even below that???
