It is hard to start going out after a baby,
it's overwhelming,
it's daunting,
you build it up,
you cancel,
you try again......well that's what I did!

I promise you I will welcome you with open arms into calm and relaxing session with a brew ☕and a friendly face😃!

You can feed, change, cry (you or your baby!) it's absolutely fine!!!! You won't be the first and you won't be the last.

All the mums that come are amazing!!

The reason I've been quiet....

This is my 2nd pregnancy and my word has it been hard!!!
Having a 2 year old and being pregnant is tough!
Having all day nausea is hard!
When it turns into vomiting and you have diabetes it's dangerous!😵‍💫
BUT things seem to have settled a bit now so everything seems brighter 😊

Nearly half way there now and the little girl is due at the end of September. I'm not sure how sessions will for for a bit after having her but I'll keep you posted 🥰🥰🩷

Hi, I’m Lyndsay —
the face behind Little Glow Bolton & Wigan ❤️

My first career was actually in fashion design, but the environment just wasn’t the right fit for me. So I retrained as a secondary school teacher… which was both the best and hardest job. Some days were amazing, others were really tough.

After having my son, I applied to go part-time but was turned down. I knew then it was time to step away — I didn’t want to miss those precious early days with Jos.

I also struggled with postnatal anxiety. I’m much better now, but I used to find it really hard to leave him, constantly worrying something might happen if I wasn’t there. He now goes to nursery two days a week 😊

I have so much respect for full-time mums — you are honestly heroes. The way you juggle everything is incredible.

Now, I get to spend my working days meeting other mums, hearing their stories, and watching them bond with their babies (and each other). It brings me so much joy.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already come along to a class — it truly means the world.

And if you’ve been thinking about coming… what are you waiting for? I’ll be there with a brew, ready to welcome you ❤️🥰
