November saw our Food Safety Officers award 27 food hygiene ratings to a range of food businesses including takeaways, pubs, home caterers, mobiles, cafes, hotels, and retail shops
As well as checking food safety such as storage, preparation and cooking, Officers also look at other matters including cleanliness, staff training, pest control as well as assessing the food safety systems and records that are in place. Here are the ratings that they were awarded:
