Our classes are written by early years experts and a speech and language therapist, so we know exactly what your child needs and it’s all about learning through play!

So what do we do?
⭐ Learn letter sounds
⭐ Learn new words
⭐ Sing and dance
⭐ Role play - teddies, tea sets, doctors etc
⭐ Develop our fine and gross motor skills

Many of the children who start my Minis classes are a little wary about leaving their adult's lap, but usually within a few weeks they are happily coming to the front of class and joining in with our activities independently.

Phonics with Robot Reg Minis class are specially designed for children aged 1-2.5 years. Small class sizes, friendly teachers and a variety of age appropriate activities help children to improve their confidence and aid speech and language development.

One word to descrive our classes - UNIQUE!

Our classes offer all of the elements of a usual class-singing, dancing, music, actions and movement but with an educational twist!

They help to encourage, develop and practise skills which will benefit your child once they start school.

Phonological skills such as listening to sounds within words, rhyming patterns and hearing alliteration.

This is all developed through play-based activities within a session.

If children can master these skills ready for school, it helps to build their confidence for the transition.

Its been such a lovely week! I love "i" week, it's so much fun. We've hunted for insects, made incy wincy spider from play dough and sorted items according to their initial sounds. All alongside the usual fun with pompoms, dough disco and of course Robot Reg!

🤖Don't forget to pop our magnets on your fridge when you get home. Littlies love sharing what they've been upto with their siblings and family. This really helps to embed what they've learnt too.

🤖Seeing letter shapes regularly helps develop phoneme to grapheme correspondence, where littlies begin to match the sound to the letter. An important early reading skill!
