Forget-Me-Not Lincolnshire Forget Me Not Lincolnshire host a Dementia Cafe every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at the Bud Robinson Community Centre, Maple Street, LN5 8QS.

We also host a range of fundraising events throughout the year including our Forget Me Not Charity Ball. Forget-Me-Not Lincolnshire

We are a volunteer group based in Lincolnshire. We run a Dementia Cafe on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month as well as various fundraising events throughout the year. Please follow our page to keep up to date with our events :)

It’s international self care day today! If you are living with dementia or supporting someone who has it; it’s even more important to make sure you are looking after you’re mental well-being
Today we celebrated self care with a nail and hand massage station, making our own Epsom salt and dried flower bath bombs, having a sip on some refreshing mint and cucumber water and enjoying some mindful colouring!

Did you know it’s national Teddy Bear Picnic today?
We certainly did at the cafe; lots of teddies joined us for a cuppa this morning; as well as a famous bears quiz and some picnic games 🙂

This week we had a game of beetle drive with a bit of a difference!

The next cafe will be Friday 10th July when we will be having Teddy Bear Picnic to celebrate national teddy bear picnic day!

Another lovely morning on Friday at the Dementia Cafe. This week we made Easter cards and made pipecleaner flowers; though we fared less well on the Easter quiz!
The next cafe will be the 10th April and its national hug your dog day so expect a pooch theme!
