Exciting News!... The next chapter of The Dawdling Duck... we are now also bricks & mortar! We've teamed up with our friends at to bring you The Loddington Tap. Our soft launch was on Ftiday, and, wow, what a reception. Thank you to all who visited and supported us, it was a great weekend.

Opening hours are,
Thursday 4-10
Friday 4-10
Saturday 12-10
Sunday 12-6

We will continue to stock and champion local & regional beers, ciders, wines & spirits. Those of you who know the Duck well will notice a few similarities with the new bar... but if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

We intend to invite food vans along on a regular basis, so if you fancy getting involved, give us a shout.

The Dawdling Duck will of course be back out next year. We are already heavily booked for most Saturdays from Spring to Autumn, but we have some availability... so don't put off getting in touch!

Lastly, a huge thank you to all the help & support from those in and around the farm, who built, painted, fixed etc, to get us up & running so quickly.... Thank you 😊

Just a few snaps from what was an incredible day on Sunday that saw us returning to the fantastic bi—annual rustic Kent wedding fair! Despite the weather it was a great day with a perfectly curated range of suppliers.

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and came out. We loved meeting every single one of you 🥰

After an amazing and busy Summer, it's time to relax with a weekend trip to the smoke. If you haven't seen the then you must must must go. Just seen it for the second time, and I must say it's one of the best. Foot stomping brilliance. A real feel-good show. Great that they'll also supporting the . Please support both!

If you made it to the Cranbrook Apple Fair this weekend, you might have spotted a fresh face behind our bar! Our lovely horsebox was taken over by our friends at Turner’s Cider, bringing their amazing flavors to the festival. Thanks to everyone who came down, it was a fantastic weekend!
