Join us on the 4th & 5th of July! On the Sunday, we’ll have an outdoor bar serving all manner of spritzy refreshers, as well as vermouth, beer & more! ☀️

🌸 INTERNATIONAL ROSE DAY 🌸

Saturday 13th June

We are stocked up and ready for all of your rose needs this Saturday!

The Ameztoi Txakoli Rosado has been a firm favourite on our current menu. A burst of grapefruit followed by delicious minerality and a slight fizz, this is the perfect drink for the summer ☀️

We also have the Mas De Cadenet Provence Rose, the creme de la creme of Provence Rose. Pale, crisp with notes of wild strawberries 🍓

To top it all of, we have the Ferrari Maximum Rose Brut, a decadent sparkling rose from Italy. Brioche & berries 🥐

All available by the glass in the bar this weekend! Enjoy them on their own, or, for this weekend only, as a flight ✈️

It’s World Whisky Day, so here are some of our top picks!

Nolan:
1. Arran 10 Year Old Arran Barley Edition Whisky 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 - Spicy, ginger and biscuity. Oak forward with vanilla.
2. Ardnamurchan Whisky Golden Promise Heritage Barley Release 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Highland Whisky. Chewable, oily mouthfeel. Sugared almonds, salted cashews and subtle pistachios. A gentle, creamy sweetness. Rich orange polenta cake.

Sai:
1. Thomson Manuka Wood Smoke Single Malt Whisky from New Zealand 🇳🇿Smoked with manuka wood, creating aromatic smoky notes, alongside cinnamon, clove, honey and oaky spice.
2. Dunvilles 10yo PX Single Malt Whiskey from Ireland 🇮🇪 - Stewed red fruits, candied orange and a crackle of black pepper initially, before a little mocha, custard and spice

Mark:
1. Amrut Fusion Single Malt Whisky from India 🇮🇳. Oaky, rich, gentle peat, coffee, dark chocolate
2. Bruichladdich Port Charlotte PMC: 01 Pomerol Cask Whisky 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Malt sugar and peat smoke with succulent blackberries, plum and aged leather.

Imogen:
Torabhaig Taigh from Skye 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. soft smoke wrapped in vanilla custard, toasted almond and sweet dried fruits, all carried on a smooth, oily texture.

We do have a fabulous and extensive collection of whiskies, if we do say so ourselves…

On the bar, we have a selection of whisky flights which give you a little taster of what we have to offer 🥃

3x 25ml measures of carefully selected whiskies ✈️

1. Big Bourbon Flight - a collection of some our most premium bourbons all together for you to compare. £50 (an absolute bargain)

2. Scotch Flight - a walk through of the different expressions of scotch. Highland, Fife, Islay. Light and floral to big and peaty. This flight boasts 2 limited releases, hard to find elsewhere. £26

3. World Whisky Flight - a full little taste of lesser known whisky regions. Australia, New Zealand & India. £15.

Our extensive backbar also boasts over 70 whiskies from all over the world 🌍

ANDDDDDDD we also have a selection of bespoke cocktails utilising some of these tasty tasty liquids. Classics are also available, including £10 old fashioneds!

We do love a scotch cocktail here at Latitude, so here are two from our new menu! They couldn’t be more different 🥃

1. Melon Barley : Lochlea Our Barley (Lowland Whisky), Melonade, Cucumber Bitters, Black Pepper & Sichuan Syrup 🥒 - fresh, delicious & vibrant

2. Scotch & Coconut: Mossburn Island (gentle smoky whisky made on the Scottish Islands), Coconut, White Chocolate, Salt & Coffee 🥥 - rich, smoky, salty & creamy ☕️

“…with prosecco in it” 🍾 - but in this case it’s Cremant De Limoux Rose

Our refreshing and zippy take on the classic Negroni Sbagliato. Here were pair rose with to give a lovely grapefruit hit, rounded off with grapefruit bitters and topped with Rose Cremant 🥂

Devilishly drinkable and perfect for spring! And it comes with a plump Gordal olive, sweet & salty! 🫒

Try with our Fennel & Orange Marinated Anchovies for a perfect sunshine pairing 🐟
