We are well into spring-time now, almost half way through April now; we wanted to make a drink for the season!

One thing that is on a number ofminds at this time of the year are blossoming trees 🌸 - Linking back to the famous Japanese blossoming trees and the cherry blossom festival. We instantly thought of the Tokyo Iced Tea 🗼

If you haven't tried a Tokyo Ice Tea - An amazing variant of the Long Island Ice tea, but switching out the cola with lemonade and adding Melon Liqueur, which originated for Japan. The recipe then follows with Gin, Vodka, Rum, Tequila and Sweet & Sour Mix.

It's definitely a beautiful cocktail for the season and to lead into the summer. Very sweet and a vibrant green colour!

Jack's Bee's Hive 🐝

Jack's Bee's Hive is a take on the the Cinnamon Bee's Knees cocktail, which is ever so slightly different from a normal Bee's Knees, but just adding cinnamon. This would normally contain gin as the main spirit - here at Impourium, we thought to just throw gin out the shaker and add a sweet punch to it! Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey.

If this isn't on your drink bucket list, then it should be now!

🥃 Ingredients we recommend using:
- Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey
- Cinnamon & Honey Syrup
- Fresh Orange Juice
- Lemon Juice
- Orange piece (Either wedge or wheel)

❄️ THE JACK FROST ❄️

The Jack Frost cocktail is a spin on a winter spin on the classic Piña Colada. It brings the iconic tropical flavours from the summer swig, but adds an eye-catching light blue / cyan colouring and a tasty 'frosted' garnish of shredded coconut pieces.

If this isn't on your drink bucket list, then it should be now!

🥃 Ingredients we recommend using:
- Dead Man's finger Coconut Rum
- Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- Blue Curaçao
- Fresh Pineapple Juice
- Simple Syrup
- Lime Juice
- Shredded Coconut (For rim dressing or to sprinkle on top)

And if you're looking for it to have a little more punch, add some vodka! Can be served on the rock (What we prefer) or blended up to create an ice slushy!

Happy 2023 everyone! As the first post of the year, we like to peel back the curtain on some of the things we have planned to serve up in 2023!

To start with, we are committed to bringing you an amazing selection of cocktails on our page, whether they are our favourite classics cocktails, Impourium takes on classic cocktails, or Impourium original creations. We're aiming to bring you one cocktail a week, so please give us a follow to keep updated.

Secondly, we are in the process of getting a website designed and built. This will showcase all of our cocktails, package options when booking us this year and will showcase what events we're going to be at this year - We'll give an update in the near future when that's ready!

And finally, we're looking into creating a monthly newsletter for you loyal cocktail-cravers, which will contain full recipes, our recommendations for alcohol and exclusive discounts for our cocktails and services.

To put things into shorter terms, we've got a really exciting year of content and cocktail craft for you all! Impourium wishes you all the best in this new year and look forward to sharing a cocktail, or two with all of you!

We've been very busy recently at impourium with our very private first event, but not so busy we couldn't make you some festive thirst-clencher!

As our first Christmas-y cocktail we have our very own creation, the Cherry Climber. You Jägermister fans will like this one, and the main reason for its name. Muddling fresh lemons and maraschino cherries with some simple syrup, adding cherry sour, Jägermister and cranberry just, this taste sweet but also gives you that warm feeling in your stomach.

This cocktail was mainly inspires from one of our loverly follower who was keen for us to create something using the German brew - This one goes out to you!

As it is Halloween after all, we thought we'd treat you to another cocktail.

We wanted something, green, mean and wicked... so we created our Wicked Wendy.

This cocktail has a base flavour of sour apple liqueur, white rum and kiwi lemonade, added sour apple popping candy around the rim to add those extra sparks and whipped out the citrus flavour blaster to add a lemon smokey layer.

It's our very own witches cauldron in a martini glass! 🧙‍♀️

Who Likes Chocolate?! We sure do!

We've been pondering over the idea of re-creating flavours from chocolate for a while and finally we had the excuse of Halloween to show it off - Our first being a Trey's chocolate orange.

Our Terry's Martini is a spin on the Chocolate orange Martini, but replicating the flavour of the famous chocolate orange, whilst creating a lovely smooth texture! Using chocolate & clementine liqueur, baileys, milk/cream and triple sec, topped with whipped cream, chocolate orange sprinkles and a wedge from our dark orange.

This honestly went down too easy when taste testing... 😅

The full moon is out and the beasts are too! Our Midnight Howler cocktail contains Vodka, Grenadine, Blue Curaçao, Raspberry Schnapps, Edible litter, Blueberry Lemonade and Lemonade, recreating the beautiful night sky on a wicked night! 😈

The devil is a bit of a trickster, and so are we...

We've created a hell-ish red cocktail with a twist - it can be served in two ways. You either get a Trick or a Treat and you won't be able to tell the difference until you taste it! 😈

The Devils Trick Or Treat has a base have a base of Corky's Raspberry Schnapps, Grenadine, Lemonade & Straberry-ade.

The Trick contains tequila, lemon juice and some bitters - Suited for drinkers who are looking for more sour notes and a kick in the back of your throat. The treat contains Gordons gin which adds sweeter floral and fruity notes.

Love At First Bite 🧛‍♂️

As Halloween is just round the corner, here at Impourium we love to celebrate it and what better way to do that then with a cocktail!

Basis of this being an ice cream float, adding vodka and grenadine, some of your favourite vanilla ice cream, then topping up with lemonade... cannot go wrong. To top, we added some white chocolate sprinkles for that little extra something something!

Colours we got from this reminded of vampires and their bloody teeth, and when you try this you'll love it! 😏
