discotia 010: 𝐕𝐎!𝐃 𝐃!𝐒𝐂𝐎 with JANE DARKE and 𝐉𝐎𝐍 𝐊𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐆𝐄𝐑 🔗🔨

For the 10th edition of discotia we welcome our good friends, the London based party 𝐕𝐎!𝐃 𝐃!𝐒𝐂𝐎 to Scotland’s finest sweatbox Sneaky Pete’s!

Jane and Jon are no strangers to Edinburgh. JANE DARKE played to a packed out crowd at The Bongo Club for EPiKA last September and many of you will remember 𝐉𝐎𝐍 𝐊𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐆𝐄𝐑 from his days as a co/founder Edinburgh Disco Lovers. It’s a proper family affair!

This will be a busy one so grab a ticket from the link in our bio! 🔗

Huge thanks to all the dancers that came down to Sneaky Pete’s on the 21st for our party with Hobbes♥️

Top notch sets all round from Andy and our residents Toni McVey and Broad Spectrum ( Stephen and ). Amazing energy in our favourite sweat box as always. Maggie's Edinburgh donation details coming very soon!

We’ll be announcing our next party shortly, where we’ll be welcoming back a familiar face and an exciting talent from London for their first time playing in Edinburgh as a duo. Keep your eyes peeled for that announcement in the near future!

The weekend has arrived! 🍷

Only a few hour until our party with Hobbes kicks off. We’ve seen Hobbes play some incredible sets at his residency Club_Nacht so we’re really excited to see what he brings to the best sweatbox in town Sneaky Pete’s. He’s joined by residents Toni McVey and Broad Spectrum (Stephen + ) who are guaranteed to get the juices flowing 🧃

There’s still tickets available on RA through the link in our bio, with £2.50 early entry tickets still going for those of you joining before 12. Edinburgh is looking very busy today so grab your ticket while your can to make sure you get in later!

Joining Hobbes and Toni McVey this Friday are discotia co-founders and Stephen, also known as Broad Spectrum 🌊

Fraser has been off travelling for 7 months and is back with a buzz to return to Sneaky Pete’s to play a shed load of new music on that sexy sound system🔈

Stephen / Stephen has been busy while Fraser was away, with warm up sets for Session Victim Perel and Hammer under his belt this year, along with the release of his debut EP Sunset to Sunrise on Lava Lava.

Catch them both on Friday for some musical magic, ticket link in our bio! 🔗

EARLY ENTRY BEFORE 12 TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE FOR FRIDAY 🎟️

We’ve added cheaper early entry tickets for our fringe party with Hobbes to reward the keen beans out there. We believe (from personal experience) that you get the most from a club night when you’re there for the long haul, experiencing the journey our DJs take you on from early doors. So grab an early entry ticket from Resident Advisor through the link in our bio, for £2.50 including booking fee, to get into the club before midnight for maximum dancing time.

Next Friday we’re delighted to have our talented resident Toni McVey back at Sneaky Pete’s for the first time in far too long♥️

She’s been very busy of late with a set at Kelburn Garden Party and a recent London debut, alongside a string of appropriately cool support slots at venues across the capital.

If you haven’t seen her play before, now is your chance! She’s a great selector, lover of vinyl and all round smooth operator. Guaranteed to make you dance. Much like our headliner Hobbes !

Our fringe parties are always packed, so grab a ticket through the link in our bio to guarantee entry on the night! 🔗

We’re excited to announce our annual fringe party, coming in hot on the 21st of August! 🔥

Our residents will be joined by DJ/Producer/Label Owner/Promoter and general servant of the scene for decades, the inimitable Hobbes 💙

Having previously toured internationally off the back of his lauded Trouble nights, Hobbes’ Club_Nacht x Hobbes Music events have been putting house music back on the Scottish capital’s map post-Covid. Running monthly, they have welcomed favourites of ours like Crazy P Session Victim , BZ Auntie Flo / Brian d’Souza , Make A Dance / M.A.D Records , Coeo , Bárbara Boeing , Optimo (Espacio) , Michelle Manetti , Nightwave and more to capacity crowds at Edinburgh’s legendary The Bongo Club .

Our party this time round will be in aid of Maggie's Edinburgh advanced tickets coming soon!

Happy Pride month, discotia fam! As June draws to a close, we hope you’ve all had an amazing, safe, and beautiful Pride 🏳️‍🌈

A massive thank you to every single one of you who has come down, danced, and partied with us so far this year at Sneaky Pete's - sweating it out on the dancefloor with the phenomenal I. Jordan, bringing the cosmic energy with Perel, or getting dark and spooky with local selectors Ascetic Practices. Because of your incredible support and energy, we've been able to donate £455 to LGBT Youth Scotland! Your generosity helps support life-changing work for LGBTQ+ young people across Scotland.

👕 Looking to rep the discotia crew? We have some of our fresh signature t-shirts available (as beautifully modelled here by the boys). If you want to grab one and support what we do, drop us a DM with your size!

Love always,
The discotia crew x
