We’re looking for experienced bartenders who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help deliver an exceptional guest experience every weekend.

At XO Lounge, we’re building a strong, professional team and are looking for confident, reliable people who are passionate about hospitality and nightlife.

Is this you?
🍺 Previous bartending experience is essential
🍸 Cocktail experience preferred
😎 Ability to work confidently under pressure in a busy venue
🗣️ Strong communication and customer service skills
🕖 Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
💪 Team player with a positive work ethic
🔞 Must be 18+ due to licensing laws
