Rouge is a cosmopolitan style speakeasy that brings the late night party on weekends! Our downstairs cocktail bar is an intimate space that focuses on exotic flavours and great service, opening in the evening until late. And our upstairs bar opens late at night and is available for private hire, We aim to provide top quality service and well balanced drinks.

Here at Rouge, we are looking for a strong team of mixologists and barbacks to bring their own flare to the team. If you have mixology experience or are just keen to learn, you could be the perfect addition to our eclectic team!
