Makin’ Moves celebrate their 14th Birthday this year, and we’re honoured to host their free entry afterparty !

Following their day party at Phonox on Saturday 16th May, Makin’ Moves will keep the vibe alive with part two of our 14th anniversary celebrations at the much talked about Bricks only a short 5 minute walk from Phonox.

On the ground floor we welcome once again Marvin Jupiter a very talented producer / dj who recently remixed “Lovin’ You” from UK soul Don Don-E. We also welcome new faces Esthaah and Raphael from the Soul Therapy crew. These guys are serious selectors and their Soul Therapy events are a hot bed for new talent coming into the scene. In the upstairs room Matt and Jamesey will be joined by Kojay and P-Lucas from the Onts crew that tore the place down back in March at their last event at the Timber Loft. The guys will also be joined by Randy Peterson from Our House Music, one of London’s best soulful house djs who’s played for us on many occasions through the years.

This party is totally free and big thank you to everyone that’s supported us through the years!

This bank holiday Sunday sees Alexander Nut and Giles Smith go toe to toe for four hours at Bricks.

Two selectors who understand depth, space and restraint better than most, drawing from house, boogie, dub, broken beat, soul and the stranger corners in between. Both come with decades spent shaping dancefloors, radio and record collections across London and beyond.

Tickets are on the final tier, don’t miss out.
