DRAMA IN MOTION✨
A few highlights from one of our duet performances at the last in January.💃🏻🕺🏻

Spontaneity is the key in this category: The dancers are paired up on the spot and often meet each other for the very first time on our oval dance floor. With no preparation and no shared history, they have two minutes to connect, respond and create in the moment. And somehow, within those two minutes of pure improvisation, magic happens.🔥

It has become somewhat of a tradition that our dance battles in January are accompanied by a special guest performance from and a motivational dance demonstration for the upcoming global movement One Billion Rising.💥

One Billion Rising is a global demonstration, an invitation to dance and an act of worldwide solidarity to raise awareness of violence and discrimination against girls and women. On Valentine's Day, people of all genders stand up and dance together to make a statement.🤝🏻 This year, the demonstration will once again take place on the 14th of February 2026 in front of the Brandenburger Tor in Berlin.

You will get a little preview of what to expect this Saturday alongside performances by the TNPirates, one of the longest-running groups at Centre Talma, and the MMP - Mass Media Project, a group that addresses socially critical issues and focuses strongly on violence against girls and women.🔥
