Who made the rule saying night time entertainment needs to be defined by a specific genre or theme? At the crossroads of hip-hop, pop, rock, rhythm n’ blues and beyond stands a party simply known as SATISFACTION. On the 3rd Saturday of each month, cocktail mecca College Street Bar morphs into a genre mangling rager. Resident DJ Sanga Genesis digs deep into his virtual crates to curate a sound cate

ring to crowds of any musical tendency. With a foundation of hip-hop and r&b, SATISFACTION’s mandate of playing Hidden Gems and Forgotten Classics easily expands the repertoire. Depending on the crowd and theme of the party, Motown, Chicago house, dubstep and disco are within reach, not to mention a healthy dose of 80’s pop, 90’s rock, 00’s hip hop and 10’s trap. Sanga’s far from alone in setting the tone. Party rocking MCs Crossword and JCom provide the life of the party, and SATISFACTION has featured some of Toronto’s finest, and internationally renowned, DJs on the 1’s & 2’s. From frequent collaborators James Redi, Soundbwoy, and Punjaycan, to local legend Mel Boogie, L.A’s MisterMike and Brooklyn’s Dr. Faust, the vibe is always guaranteed to be top notch. After a bit of a hiatus Satisfaction is BACK. at our new home @ Ravage and Rumble on Queen West.
