Everything you see from Creepy Chic is 100% handmade. Every nail is designed, painted and finished by me. 💅🏻I don't use AI to create my nails, designs, posts, posters or to do MY JOB for me.
And it's more than just a preference.
AI has a real environmental cost. The massive data centres running these systems require enormous amounts of electricity and water to keep them operating and cooled, y'all were yelling how hot it was this summer while generating yourself as a baddie with Ghostface standing behind you last fall..... Bffr
& Did you know that AI uses REAL artist work without their permission, while youre generating those ugly slop filled flyers, you're actually actively stealing from hundreds of artists all at once.
When YOU choose AI over real people, you're taking opportunities, money and recognition away from the real artists, photographers, designers, writers and small businesses who are trying to build something themselves.
Idk about y'all but I believe in supporting real creativity, real people and real small businesses. 🩷 And as small business owner, I will NOT attend markets that use or allow AI-generated slop
Give me the messy little human details. Give me the brush strokes. Give me the screaming at your art because it's not going the way you want (because I've been there too!) Give me the ART.
