"Burlesque has been a catharsis of my inner dramas, my own heavy velvet curtain. It made me reignite my love of theatre and recognize past and newfound strengths in production, performance, collaboration and creative brainstorming on and off the stage. The burlesque world ain't perfect, but it's perfect for me."
