“Born in the wilderness of Cranbrook, BC, Canada Maddisun creates soulful songwriter-folk with rootsy rock energy—reflecting her small-town upbringing and big-star dreams. Her warm, magnetic stage presence has made her a standout in Canada’s indie folk scene. In 2025, she doubled her audience and played 60+ shows nationwide, including sold-out releases at Toronto’s Cameron House and Cranbrook’s Key City Theatre, plus a packed Vancouver show opening for breakout artist Pearl.
