Payment Details:
100% payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made before the event to secure your registration. All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST. Please note that booking fees do apply.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your registration to this event at any time, NO ticket costs will be refunded. Non-attendance of any event due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds or a transfer to another event.

Dietary Requirements:
We cater to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, lactose intolerance etc. Please advise of any specific requirements upon booking to ensure we have suitable options available. Customers are required to dress in smart clothing and remain clean, neat, and tidy at all times while in our venue. However, a few things to keep in mind: collared shirts are required. Thongs, trainers, ripped denim or beachwear are not allowed.
