Guildford, we have some news that we wanted to share with you personally.
This week we’ll be serving the last meals from the Guildford Bistro, with our final trade after dinner service on Sunday 1 November. Since reopening, our kitchen has become a much-loved part of this community, and we are so grateful for every plate that has gone out of it. A huge thank you to Head Chef Ron and the talented team in the kitchen, whose passion and hard work have brought so many memorable meals to our tables. Thank you also to our regulars who have made the venue feel like home, to our guests who have visited from near and far, and to the wider Guildford community who have supported us through it all. Every meal, celebration and “see you next week” has meant the world to us.
The rest of the venue isn’t going anywhere. We’ll keep pouring drinks, keep the good times rolling, and keep welcoming you through our doors just as we always have. Our accommodation remains open as usual too.
From Monday, Pizza will be available, and you’ll be able to enjoy food provided by our amazing neighbours right here in the venue, so your favourite evenings can carry on.
We know change can feel bittersweet, and we’re so thankful for your patience and kindness. Come and see us this week, raise a glass with us, and let’s make these final bistro days count.
