What a weekend at The Big Chill Festival β€” smoke, fire, laughs, late nights, and some seriously good BBQ πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

From loaded potato skins to brisket, pork, lamb, chicken, and ribs… we threw everything we had at it and had an absolute blast doing it 😎

We learnt a lot, ate well, barely slept, and somehow survived entirely on BBQ and caffeine πŸ˜‚β˜•πŸ₯©

Ember Elixir took a traditional family recipe and gave it a modern BBQ twist at The Big Chill Festival 😎πŸ”₯

Our loaded potato skins were built using 5 techniques β€” roast, mash, fry, pipe, and smoke β€” turning comfort food into a full competition entry πŸ’ͺπŸ₯”πŸ”₯

A recipe passed down, reimagined, and sent into the comp judges… and it landed us 10th place 🀝πŸ₯”

Not bad for something that started at a family table 😏πŸ”₯

These weren’t just any potatoes either… we hit them with 5 different techniques 😎πŸ”₯

Honestly, these potatoes have had more work done than a reality TV star πŸ˜‚πŸ”₯
